Since we opened, first as Hokkaido Institute of Technology, in Teine Sapporo, in 1967,Hokkaido University of Science has been raising up human resources who lead thedevelopment and growth of Hokkaido. In 2014, we changed our name to Hokkaido University of Science, and currently we have4 faculties, 13 departments, and 3 graduate schools on the Teine Maeda campus.We are one of the largest universities with about 5,000 students studying on the campus.
